All prints are made to order. There will be no refunds or exchanges of products. Prints have been reviewed for quality control. In the event of a defective product, we will only exchange the goods with the exact same item. You have 5 business days after signed delivery to notify us of any issues with the item or damages caused during transit.
If your packaging is noticeably damaged, please reject the delivery. It will then be returned to us. If you have already accepted the delivery, you will need to contact us within 5 working days of receiving your artwork to be eligible for a replacement.
We are not held responsible for damages incurred once the product has reached its destination.
All domestic orders are shipped with signature required.
